Welcome to ForgetMeNot!
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting teen mental health throughout the United States. Run by teens, we understand that life as a teenager isn’t straightforward and easy to navigate.
ForgetMeNot is a safe place for teens to go and to share and discuss their issues with other teens. Our community is aware that many teens suffer from depression and other issues in silence. Our mission and goal is to make each other feel loved and valued.
ForgetMeNot strives to make a difference in the lives of teenagers by highlighting the blessings and good around each of us to foster feelings of hope, happiness, joy, friendship, and of course, love.

My name is Riley Leisse. I have faced mental health challenges since middle school. Support from my people have greatly helped my journey. As an athlete, mental well-being is crucial to me. I have lost family members to mental health issues and I believe staying active and striving to be my best self are essential.

My name is Annalise. I am 16 years old and involved in music, sports, and the performing arts. After suffering from a severe knee injury, my mental health declined, and I developed anxiety. This nonprofit was mato support teens who have been through the same hurt I have. I look forward to supporting others and growing.

We believe that every person is valuable. We will continue to try to give everyone the support they need from people that will be there no matter what.

1. Going for a walk outside or getting involved with sports!
2. Connect with family or friends and try to make plans!
3. Go shopping or to a movie by yourself!
4. Use breathing technique, such as the box technique!
5. Avoid caffeine!
6. Talk to someone you may be feeling unsure with and see if you can make things right!
We love coming up with new and exciting ideas for events! Some things we would like to do in the future include puppy yoga and a dine and donate at a popular fast food restaurant!
