About ForgetMeNot

Our Mission

Welcome to ForgetMeNot! 


We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting teen mental health throughout the United States. Run by teens, we understand that life as a teenager isn’t straightforward and easy to navigate.  


ForgetMeNot is a safe place for teens to go and to share and discuss their issues with other teens.  Our community is aware that many teens suffer from depression and other issues in silence. Our mission and goal is to make each other feel loved and valued.  


ForgetMeNot strives to make a difference in the lives of teenagers by highlighting the blessings and good around each of us to foster feelings of hope, happiness, joy, friendship, and of course, love. 

Meet Riley

Hello! I have faced mental health challenges since middle school and lost family members to the same. Support from my family and friends has been a tremendous help in overcoming these challenges. Additionally, my mental well-being has been crucial to achieving athletic success & developing my best self and confidence.

Meet Annalise

Hello! I am 17 years old and spend my free time playing music, sports, and in performing arts. After suffering a severe knee injury in 2024, my mental health declined. My goal is to bring together a community of teens that will provide the same peer support that I had during my most difficult times.

1. Going for a walk outside or getting involved with sports!

2. Connect with family or friends and try to make plans!

3. Go shopping or to a movie by yourself!

4. Use breathing technique, such as the box technique!

5. Avoid caffeine!

6. Talk to someone you may be feeling unsure with and see if you can make things right!


We love coming up with new and exciting ideas for events! Some things we would like to do in the future include puppy yoga and a dine and donate at a popular fast food restaurant!
